1. Licence grant
After a valid one-time purchase, the seller grants one individual a perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to activate and use the purchased version of EtchMotion Studio on up to two computers that individual owns or controls. A company may purchase for one named user; additional users require additional licences unless the product page expressly offers a team licence. Support can release an old activation after reasonable purchase verification when a computer is replaced.
2. Commercial output
You may use videos and images created with the software for personal and commercial content, client work, advertising and monetised channels. EtchMotion charges no royalty per output. The seller claims no ownership of your input or output, but cannot grant rights in third-party images, music, people, brands or other material you supply.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share access to, publicly distribute or package the proprietary software, templates, bundled media, models or substantial parts as a competing product. You may not remove proprietary or third-party notices. Reverse engineering is restricted only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
4. Third-party components
Open-source components and separately licensed assets remain under their own licence terms, which take priority for those components. Required notices are included with the application.
5. Activation and local automation
First activation verifies the Gumroad licence key and counts an activated computer. The proof is stored using Windows encrypted storage so routine offline use needs no new check. Automation access is intended for trusted programs on the same computer. Do not expose its rotating token or local API to an untrusted network. The included tools do not publish to or delete from social platforms.
6. Termination
The licence ends if you materially breach it and do not correct the breach after notice where correction is possible. On termination, stop using and delete the proprietary software. Non-waivable rights and separate open-source licences remain unaffected.
