1. Product and contract
EtchMotion Studio is downloadable Windows software for turning source images and structured briefs into locally rendered videos. Purchases linked from this website are completed through Gumroad. Gumroad is the merchant of record for those transactions; the seller grants the software licence described in the End User Licence Agreement.
The product page, these terms, the licence and the information shown at Gumroad checkout together form the pre-purchase information. If mandatory law or the checkout terms give you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
2. Price, payment and delivery
The final price, currency, applicable taxes and accepted payment methods are shown before payment on Gumroad. There is no EtchMotion subscription and no EtchMotion charge per render. After successful payment, Gumroad supplies the download and purchase receipt electronically.
You are responsible for downloading and safely retaining the installer and receipt. Contact support if the supplied download is unavailable.
3. Digital-content withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. For immediate digital delivery, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to delivery starting immediately and to acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once downloading begins. If that valid consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Loss of a change-of-mind withdrawal right never removes statutory remedies when digital content is defective or does not conform to the contract.
4. Compatibility and installation
Review the published system requirements and unsigned-installer notice before purchase. Rendering time depends heavily on the computer, chosen engine, output format, duration and source complexity. Examples demonstrate possible output, not an identical result for every source.
5. Inputs, sources and output
You retain rights you already hold in your own inputs. The seller does not claim ownership of your rendered output. You are responsible for the copyright, licence, attribution, privacy, publicity, trademark and other rights needed for your source material and intended publication. Search results and automated identity suggestions are assistance, not legal clearance.
6. Updates and service
The purchase is perpetual for the version supplied. Maintenance updates may be offered, but no future feature, major version, platform change, cloud service or fixed update period is promised unless checkout states otherwise. Optional third-party services can change independently of EtchMotion.
7. Conformity and liability
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's non-waivable legal rights. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost channel revenue, platform decisions or unlawful use of source material. For claims that may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.
8. Governing law and complaints
Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Send complaints to info@etchmotionstudio.com with the purchase email, order reference and a clear description. No independent dispute-resolution body has been appointed unless checkout states otherwise.
